Specto Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
Specto is a browser extension for Kick.com, built and maintained by Andolyx LLC. It shows which Kick channels you follow are live, notifies you when they go live, and lets you browse Kick's live streams, categories and clips. This policy explains what data the extension handles and how.
What Specto accesses
- Your Kick session. Specto reads the login session cookie you already have on kick.com and uses it to request your followed channels and account details from Kick. It never sees or stores your password.
- Kick data. Followed channels, live streams, categories, clips and search results are requested directly from Kick's servers.
- Your settings. Preferences such as theme, notification settings, sort order, and pinned or muted channels are saved in your browser's local extension storage.
How it is used
This data is used only to show live streams and send go-live notifications inside the extension. Specto communicates only with kick.com and its subdomains.
What Specto doesn't do
- It doesn't send your data to Andolyx LLC or to any server other than Kick's.
- It doesn't collect analytics, telemetry or tracking data.
- It doesn't sell or share data with third parties.
- It doesn't use data for advertising, creditworthiness or lending.
Data retention
Everything Specto stores stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the extension. Logging out from Specto removes the Kick session cookie from your browser.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
